1. Jointly Establishing Outstand College

Outstand, in cooperation with Guangdong University of Technology and Business, Guangdong College of Information Engineering, and others, has jointly established Outstand College to carry out internal talent training, improving the job skills and overall quality of the staff. They have established "Outstand Precision Machining Job Skill Standards", "Outstand Precision Machining Talent Training Program", and "Outstand Precision Machining New Talent Training Materials", building a three-level training system for new employees.

2. Jointly Establishing the Outstand Engineering Research and Development Center

Outstand collaborates with Guangdong University of Technology and Business, professors from Guangdong College of Information Engineering to establish the Outstand Engineering R&D Center, expanding the company's R&D technology and assisting in solving technical problems. The company's R&D personnel and university professors jointly apply for patents and scientific research projects, including applying for the Zhaoqing City Engineering R&D Center in 2023.

3. Jointly Establishing a Corporate Practice Teaching Base

To comprehensively promote the "industry, study, research" cooperation between schools and enterprises, strengthen the exchange between companies and schools, and facilitate the mutual development of company recruitment and student employment channels, our company has signed cooperation agreements with dozens of schools and implemented off-campus practice teaching bases. This allows students to apply what they have learned, combining theoretical knowledge learned in school with practical operational skills in the enterprise, achieving integration and application. In recent years, more than 1600 vocational students have been accepted for internship training, and nearly 300 graduates have been employed.

4. Jointly Establishing an On-campus Practical Training Base

To enrich students' on-campus courses, Outstand participates in the revision of the school's talent training programs (such as Guangdong University of Technology and Business's "Mechanical Drawing" course) and uses company products as drawing samples. Subsequently, Outstand also organized the "Outstand Cup" 3D design and production competition.

Based on the talent training program requirements, the CNC major of the class of 2020 at Guangdong College of Information Engineering includes a "CNC Practical Operation" course, lasting two weeks; to familiarize students more with practical operations, the college arranged for 48 students to complete related coursework on-site at the Outstand workshop.

5. Joint Talent Training Program

Outstand Precision Machining, aiming to improve the overall quality of employees and in conjunction with the needs of Outstand College, collaborates with various colleges to jointly formulate the "Talent Training Program" for Outstand. The company's talent training program is divided into two parts:

        1. Theoretical knowledge, taught by professors appointed by the colleges at the company, with assessments; 

        2. Practical courses, explained through on-site operations by the company's technical engineers, with employee assessments.

6. Customized Talent Training

Outstand Precision Machining, adapting to the industrial digital transformation, actively reserves talents, and carries out customized talent training with Guangdong University of Technology and Business, Guangdong College of Information Engineering. Led by Outstand College, they collaborate with universities to formulate talent training programs, jointly build on-campus training labs and corporate practical teaching bases, integrate their own products and manufacturing processes into university textbooks such as "Mechanical Drawing", jointly develop project-based courses with Outstand characteristics, and coordinate the on-the-job training of talents.
