OUTSTAND implements a management system where the general manager is responsible under the leadership of the board of directors, with the general manager overseeing the company's overall development and general operations. The executive director is in charge of the company's specific operations and day-to-day management. The company adopts a relatively flat organizational structure, with each department following its division of responsibilities and adhering to the behavioral code of "duty-bound, efficient collaboration, striving for perfection," working together for efficient operation. To meet the development needs of the era of intelligent manufacturing, the company has carried out deep integration of industry and education with higher education institutions in the Greater Bay Area, collaboratively establishing "OUTSTAND College" and "OUTSTAND Precision Machining R&D Center" with Guangdong Light Industry Vocational Technical College, Guangdong Business Vocational Technical University, and Guangdong Information Engineering Vocational College, among others. These partnerships aim to jointly cultivate high-quality craftsmen urgently needed on the front lines of production in the era of intelligent manufacturing and to promote the application and transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements.
